Regarding Pacific Floor Coverings

 
It is my honour and privilege to express my experience with this new-to-Mission business.  Mark Lydan and his staff, with years of experience behind them, treated me with respect as a consumer, patience as I navigated the selection process, wondered and worried, made up my mind, then changed it.  Mark's kindness, patience, and good humour supported me throughout what was, for me, the making of a very important decision.    

 
When the workers arrived, on time, they worked diligently throughout the day, staying consistent to an excellent work ethic, solving problems that some of my heavy appliances presented, while maintaining a positive attitude that they could accomplish the goal.  Further, they were mannerly and friendly while answering my numerous queries.  They made everything seem easy.  Their spirit of cooperation made my day go quickly and their pride in their work left me with a beautifully laid, fully finished floor that I simply adore, and know I will for years to come.

  
I waited 10 years for my new kitchen floor.  Pacific Floor Coverings did not disappoint.

To whom it may concern;

We first had contact with Mike over the phone as to him coming to our townhouse and estimating replacing our floors in the living room, dining room, kitchen, upper bathroom, and recarpeting our stairs and upper hallway. An appointment was arranged and we met Mike for the first time in person. From the first moment, he conducted himself very professionally and was very courteous and helpful with answers to our questions about what to do and about colours that we had chosen.

Our next step was to come out to the company showroom where we sorted through samples and where given answers to some questions and also some advice on product, prices, and value for what we wanted to achieve. The showroom was filled with many different types of flooring and carpeting. After making our minds up as to what we wanted, Mike made up a quote for us and set up tentative dates for the work to be done. The vinyl and carpeting was to be installed first and then engineered wood flooring along with crown moldings and base boards where last. The work started and was completed as per schedule and Mike phoned daily to inquire as to progress and that we where happy so far.

We are more than pleased with our "new home" after all the work was completed by great workers who where on time, courteous professional and caring about what they where doing for us. I would not hesitate in recommending Pacific Flooring Coverings and any of their crews to anyone.

Regarding Pacfic Floor Coverings:

We decided to build our dream home ourselves in 2011. We did our homework in terms of identifying reputable contractors who would provide quality service at a reasonable price. Pacific Floor Coverings was a new business in Mission. A friend or ours referred us and we were not dissappointed to say the least.

As budget was a factor that we had to be mindful of at every stage of construction, we shopped around for all materials. We soon realized that we had expensive tastes but did not want to pay the expected retail price for the flooring we liked. Mike and his partner were extremely polite and patient. They worked diligently with us to find high quality flooring at the best possible price. They beat every price we could find for the same product. My husband went to seven other stores in Abbotsford, Maple Ridge and Mission to be sure we were getting the best possible deal. We selected a high end plush carpet, commercial grade hand scraped hardwood and amazing ceramic tile.

Next came the installation. Although we contemplated installing the flooring ourselves, time was of the essence and we elected to have it professionally installed. Again, we were not disappointed. Mike from Pacific Floor Coverings set us up with polite, meticulous and professional flooring installers. They did an amazing job. We moved into our house in September. It is now February and everything looks as good as the day it was installed. With four Children and two large breed dogs, the flooring has already been put to the test and has held up very well.

We cannot thank Mike and his partner enough for their patience, warmth and friendliness. Their exceptional customer service, pricing, product and installation was greatly appreciated.

My husband and I waited 13 years to build our dream home. Thanks to Pacific Floor Coverings significant contributions, it turned out beautiful. I will never forget the first time I saw the finished interior of our house. My eyes welled up with tears of joy.

We would highly recommend this company to anyone.
